Please join us for the 17th Annual Santa Claus Shuffle, to be held in scenic Olde Towne Portsmouth on December 10, 2011. This family friendly, fun event is sure to boost your holiday spirits as you participate with crowds of costumed runners through the beautiful streets of Olde Towne.
Proceeds from the Santa Claus Shuffle help at-risk and court involved youth gain the skills they need to become productive members of the community. We hope you'll get involved and make a difference!
Here's how!
- Run in the Race - Click here to register online (There is NO extra charge to you for online registration!)
Click here for a paper registration form.
- Form a Team - and take advantage of the reduced entry fee. (Please note that a minimum of 10 ten participants and paper registration is required for the group rate. Turn in all entries in a packet, with one check.
- Sponsor the race. Click here to find out how.
- Provide door prizes
- Volunteer
- Attend and cheer on the runners!
WHAT'S NEW THIS YEAR?
- Timing and logistical support will be provided by J&A Racing
- Timing chips are disposable and will be attached to your number. Once you pick up your race packet - you are good to go!
- Pick up your race packet at Running Etc.
- Thursday, December 8, from 4:00 - 7:00 at the Virginia Beach location Regency HIlltop Shopping Center, 1940 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach
- Friday, December 9, from 9:00 - 1:00 at the Norfolk location 1707 Colley Avenue, Norfolk, VA
